And so it all began...
3 hours till the bus to the airport. 6 hours till the flight. 25 hours till I reach Shenyang...

My luggage is almost down to the allowable quota, but my razor is buried at the bottom of my largest bag. Guess I'll be making a barbarian style appearance on arrival.

So much stuff I've had to throw/give away...

All I ask is that no airline official points out that the rule is one carry on bag less than seven kilos, and a small camera _OR_ a laptop.

Exciting, yes. Terrifying? Also yes. So far so good.

My sympathies on the birthday. Do you get the whole "2 events, one present" thing too?

Ya better watch out, guy, or I might do some voodoo on youdoo to make toneindigo rise from the dead . . .

And considering the trouble you got into in EWR (Newark) Airport, I can only IMAGINE what's gonna happen to you in CHINA! I wonder if Chinese jails accept packages from the US . . . I might have to send over some ciggies to ensure you stay a virgin.

Ah, but now you're on LJ you can start a whole new chapter of online life!

Life so far here is cheap and good. A 4 course dinner costs the same as a 90 minute full body massage, which costs the same as a bottle of western shampoo...

I'm not that bad, honest...

The rare/unusual/just plain odd comics are shrink-wrapped and stored.

The printers proofs are with a trusted sibling (Who has collected anime cells and other memorabilia of similiar nature for some time), and the mass duplicate comics were sold off piecemeal to various interested parties.

The cd's of info are in trust with some geek aquaintances who are trying to figure out just what the hecks actually on them.
